A Travel Documentary featuring the nine islands of Azores, mainly the three most important Azorean tourist places: Faial, Terceira and S. Miguel. There is an insistence on landscaping, both inland and near the sea coast, on the erudit and popular architecture, on the population's daily life in the fishing, country and farming fields activities. The film also offers an overall view of exotic cultures, handicraft, religious and profane manifestations of major impact, regional gatronomy and othcr activities connected with tourism in general.
